If you fill in a form on this site, I receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the property or area you ask about, and anything you write in a message or a home search. I also receive the address of the page you were on, so I know which page or mailing brought you here.

Like most websites, the site also records basic visit information through the tools listed below: which pages are viewed, what device and browser are used, and roughly where in the world the visit came from.

I use what you send me to reply to you, to run a home search you asked for, to prepare a property review, and to follow up about the request you made. I use visit information to see which pages are useful and to improve the site.

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with anyone except the services that help me run this site and my business (for example, my website host and my customer records system), and the advertising tools described below.

This site uses the Meta Pixel from Facebook and Instagram's parent company, Meta. The pixel is a small piece of code that tells Meta when someone visits a page or sends a form, using cookies and similar technology in your browser. I use this to measure how my advertising performs and to show my ads to people who have visited this site. Meta may use this information under its own privacy policy.

You can limit this at any time. You can block cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's tracking protection, or change how Meta uses your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.

This site is run by Jason Helliwell, a Nevada real estate agent (license S.0175415) with Simply Vegas. Real estate records and communications may also be kept as required by Nevada real estate law and my brokerage.

I keep your information for as long as it is useful for the request you made and for my business records, and for as long as the law or my brokerage requires. You can ask me to delete it earlier, and I will where I am allowed to.

You can ask what I have about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or ask me to stop contacting you. Email or call me using the details below and I will take care of it.

This site is for adults and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
